Casco FCU Mobile Wallet Campaign
Casco Federal Credit Union launched a multi-target campaign to increase debit card usage and mobile wallet adoption to, ultimately, increase interchange income. They also wanted to change member debit card payments behavior to gain consistent top-of-wallet/top-of-app status for payments made in-app, online, or at point-of-sale.
Partnering with Synergent, Casco FCU set a S.M.A.R.T. goal to achieve a 5% year-over-year increase in average debit transactions during the campaign period. The campaign used emails, postcards, and a landing page to deliver their offer to members: make 20 debit card transactions to be entered to win a $100 gift card.
Seaboard FCU Visa Usage and Awareness Campaign
Seaboard Federal Credit Union launched a multi-target campaign to increase credit card activation and awareness. They also wanted to increase both debit and credit card usage.
Partnering with Synergent, they set a goal to increase overall card usage and awareness. The campaign used emails and postcards to deliver their offer to members: to earn triple points on all purchases and balance transfers by activating their Seaboard Visa Credit Card, along with no annual fees, competitive rates, and a 25-day grace period on purchases.
